no it won't, different desinged head pipe for different desinged head flow from the 05's to the 06s and up.

I don't know what it's worth but I am interested let me know when you come up with a price. and if you are looking for any parts let me know I have tons of parts I'm getting ready to sell off as soon as I can walk again.(I broke my collar bone. ribs and leg a few days ago)
