Generation X hood 99-04

Anybody have one? I just bought one and wondered if I could see some pics before I hack up my fenders.

It's an '05, but I would bet it would still fit. Mine doesn't fit exactly perfect, but it's close enough. You have to look pretty hard to see the seams. I bought a couple of chrome acorn nuts, and drilled two small holes in each top corner to keep it mounted snug. This pic still has a large seam showing on the left, but when I took this pic, I didn't have it fully dialed in yet. It took some doin', but it should work. My drimmel tool, and some sandpaper was all it took.

Yes I know that its for the newer years..will the 05 style 400ex hoods also work on 450r's? Im going to sell the hood now

Lakers are awesome. If they weren't like $550 I would have got them instead of my Maier for $310.

no problem..got quite a few people interested and ready to buy but I have a friend who wants it so he gets first dibs..those lakers will look awesome
