newer fenders on a 02 model 300ex

ya they will work. i put the new plastics on my 2006 300EX.
you will half to custom make all of your finder brakets. The mounting brakets are a lil difernt on the new frames pluse there is a couple extra mounts to but i didnt use them and it work fine. The only thing is, Is the new plastics is verry exspensive.
