I'm thinking of getting a Steering Stabilizer i just dont know which one and which features to look, i'm not gonna spend more than $150-$175, so i was thinking something rebuildable, like the Streamline, i dunno what you guys think is the best??

I have an Srp Metals on my practice quad and a Alba elite on my race. The srp does not work nearly as well as my alba. I would reccomend the alba. every click makes a difference and you could feel it. sometimes I think it works too well. Its a six click and Ive only used up to 3 for all the mx tracks ive been to.

Ya, I heard those streamlines are pretty nice stick stabilizers. I think that might be my next one if I am in the market. Wish i could afford a precision :ermm:

not trying to steal your thread but has anyone tried the ccp steering stabilizers sold on ebay yet? i know it has been brought up before but i havent seen anyone actualy buy one yet or give feedback on it. i have also been looking into getting a steering stabilizer in about the same price range as you arTuReX and these ones are only $200 and they're the rotary type not the stick.

heres a link to one for a 400ex one if anyone has never seen or heard of them. there's usualy 450r ones on there pretty regularly.

03warriorrider No worries man, i'm just catching all the knowledge i can! so actually thanks, i've never seen one of those.
Yeah i'm leaning towards the Streamline Billetanium, i guess the right way to go is rebuildable! so unless someone has a better one for a better price Billetanium it is!Thank you Guys!i love this forum!

Precision all the way, Once you ride with one of these you will hate all the other one's out there, i have had a gpr, ohlions, gibson, denton, wer, goldenwest, elka atge 3, the precision is WAY better than these you have no idea

I've got a WER damper I'd sell for $100 but it needs to be rebuilt. I think the kit's around 60 bucks or so. I run a precision and I love it.

Gotta disagree with ya. I like my Elka system 3 just as much if not more than the Precisions I have ridden with. ;)

But, both are head and shoulders above any stick style damper.

I have the CCP stabilizer and only have 1 complaint. It does work awesome (better than any stick type I have used), but the only issue I has is the adjustable knob on it. It is pretty small and not too easy to turn, but other than that I would recommend it for sure!! Great price.. you would be Really happy with it.. Do a search on the org. you will find GREAT reviews also. This one is also rebuildable:D

Thanks for some info on it. Does the same guy sell the rebuild kits? and how long have you used it before you had to rebuild it if you even had to rebuilt it yet? I'm thinking of ordering one once the guy posts another one for a 450r.
