help me price a z400

well my bosses son is going to sell his bike but doesnt know how much it should go for so i have come to you guys for advice

yellow 2005 z400
pro taper bars
K&N filter
full FMF Titanium exhaust
Elka Suspension
UM nerf bars w/heelguard
heavy duty clutch
newer razrs all around

im sure i forgot something but pics will help out
how much should he sell it for?

Sounds about right. That'd be a good starting point. He'd do VERY good to get $4k for it though.
