Hi, I just purchased a new streamline stabilizer. First of all the directions suck, either way, I know what they are trying to say with the mounting near the a-arm and the knob behind the bumber.
Anyway, I want to mount it up under the gas tank so that I can adjust on the fly. Can I do this? Also, can someone get some pics for me so that I can mount it? I am pretty sure that it goes from the stem to the first cross bar under the tank but I would like to see it. Thanks!!!!

If it's the traditional style stick stabilizer you can mount it wherever you want as long as you have the clearance. My Denton is mounted under the fuel tank on the right side with the adjusting knob pointed back over the engine. It took a little trial and error to get it just right, but it's hidden out of view and out of harms way. It's still very easy to adjust the knob too.
