You probably have dirt clogged in the fuel line and when it sat over night, gas managed to seap through the dirt enough to start it a little the next morning.

I'd say take the tank off, drain the gas and wash it out. Then take the fuel line and wash the inside of it or get a new one and then take your carb off and clean that as well.

You also may have dirt or something clogged in your jets so make sure you clean those out too.

i put a $3 disposable gas filter on it.. jsut snipped gas line from tank to carb and pu some clamps on it.. and baboom.. keeps the carb nice n cleaner.. there like a 15 dollar ones that you can buy which are re-usable.. i went to mexico and the gas isn't very clean down there so me n ma buddies got some filters.. (gas we can get in the town comes from barrels, who knows whats in it, but they have nice gas pumps about 30 mins away that sell 93 magnum.. its about $.83 a liter for the magnum :D which is under 3 bucks a gallon:eek2: .. dig this.. the gas says magnum usa.. and it costs twice as much here:grr:

WHEN I PULL THE BOWL NUT OFF AND TURN GAS ON POSITION NOTHING COMES OUT. SOMETHING IN CARB!

Again, check your float valve. It, or the passage leading to it is likely plugged. Also pull the fuel line off the carb and make sure that with an open petcock, you have good flow from the tank.

IT FLOWS GOOD FROM THE TANK WHEN THE FUEL LINE IS OFF THE CARB

Then definitely check the float valve and passage leading to it.
