Hi i just got my 300EX working again after blowing the motor and all and i went to ride it and it was driving fine except when i got on it it reved up and didnt change speed. I took it back in my shop and took off the cover and i tried turning the inner hub with the four bolts and i cant turn it yet when the cover is on and the cable is hooked up i can push the quad. The cable is maxed out. Can this be adjusted i dont remeber how dont i just need to back the bolts a turn or so? im stumped and i need to get it rdy to ride. plz help thanks
