I no longer have my 400ex but have some left over parts still:
Stock cam is used but does not appear to have any excessive wear. Looks like normal wear to me.
Stock rear spring. I needed to go stiffer so this is pretty new. Not too many hours.
Stock chromed bumper.
Elka main springs that came with my triple rate Elkas. I needed stiffer so these were taken off. Not sure what the rating is. It's whatever they send you from the factory.
