Question about TPS

my 450 wont idle to save its life and the idle adjustment doest work at all.other than that it runs like a champ. so does the TPS have anything to do with the idle? ive checked for disconnected wires and all. im thinking maybe ive bumped the TPS a little too much:scary: any ideas?

i think i have pin pointed my problem to the tors system. inside my thumb throttle housing there is a small button that is pressed in when the thumb throttle is at dead rest. so when i let off the throttle completely, the button is engaged and it dies, hence no idle.

ive heard there is a way to bypass all of it. anyone know the details how? or even if this is definitely my problem?

sparks makes a bypass. I have it on mine. seems to work
