is this possible. can u put an axle thats on my 250r on a trx450r frame. well actually its the whole backend swingarms/axle etc.

It will all bolt up, but the pivot area is different so it makes everything off.

so if i get a 450r swingarm my 250r axle and everything will bolt up

The carrier is a little different, you need a 250r or 400ex carrier.
