how to bleed brakes? help

i need to know how to bleed them please help. i switched everything out and now no pressure. i need help.

Take off the cap, fill it with fluid, pump the crap out of it and hold the lever, then release any pressure by loosening the bleeder on the caliper, repeat about 30 times till its good and tight.

remember to keep the lever held in until you have the bleeder closed back. if you let go of the lever with the bleeder open, you will suck air back into the lines

get a piece of hose that is the same size as the bleeder, 3/16 or 3/8 i believe.. pump it up hold it loosen stick the hose on and suck on it to help pull the fluid through, but make sure you have someone adding fluid while you do this so it doesn't run dry..
