Project changeing timing chain

hello i am changing timming chain guids and the tensioner. here is where i am so far i changed both guids and the chain how does it look so far ill keep posting

2 let me know how it looks im still trying to firgure out the bolt pattern for the casing to get it back together i dont know where all the bolts go lol any one have a picture of there design they made they can show me of the clutch casing and the top of the engine all the way down to the cylinder ill appreciate it thanks.

First thing is get some wire to hold your timing chain up so it dont get all binded in the chamber, If you have a clymer manual is says to make a pic of the clutch cover outta cardboard that helped me out alot.

I have a "Operation 416 thread with alot of pics showing stuff if your not sure about a part maybe check it out.

Did u paint your breather tube or is it just that dirty?

Looks like everything went great, I'll be glad when it runs. You plan on doing any other mods to it?

no i didnt paint my breahter tube its just dirty my other mods are going to be nerf bars new plastics new handlebars. for now.

here in my summer break me and my buddy his 400ex to we are going to strip everything and we know a buddy who will powder coat are frames for us so mine deff needs it. geting it glossy black.
