dynojet needle question/jetting

if i'm using a dynojet needle can i still use a keihin main jet? i have the dynojet kit and some random keihin jets, and am having issues, i have hfm full system, big gun rev box, k&n filter with stock airbox and lid, i used the dynojet instructions and it said to use a 170 mainwith the needle in the 3rd position, i rode it and the plug is with on the electrode and the ceramic part inside, i put the needle on the 4th clip down and i fouled the plug, should i go 4th clip with a smaller main jet? i'm kind of confused as to what to do, the 170 was the biggest jet in the kit, but i don't want to run it lean.

if you foulded the plug it means u had it to rich..with the neddle on the 3rd spot wat coloer was the plug?

on the 3rd slot it was grayish white

go 2 4th on the needle ant a smaller jet bcus dyno jets r bigger and the 1's u have a smaller so u cant go by the dyno jet instuctions

should i use jets from the dynofet kit or keihin jets? and about what size, those instructions with the kit sucked and now i don't know how much smaller to go on the main jet if i go down one notch on the needle

i have mine on the 3rd clip down. and the 170 jet. and the fuel screw turned out (or in, i dont remember) 3.5 turns like the instructions said. mine runs great.
