valves

I was jsut wondering how often you guys out there adjust your valves. I just did mine the other day and was very impressed with the power difference. i jsut don't no how often i should adjust them.

well i ajust them when i start hearing them tick

once a year or sooner if they tick

Same as the rest M8, adjust those bad boys as soon as you hear em tickin.

The manual says every 100 hours doesn't it? I may be wrong, I just do it when they start to tick.

tnx for all the suggestions guys. But when i adjusted mine, they were all tight. Is that a problem or is that normal?

mine were tight when i adjusted mine the first time, the quad was about 3 monthes old,,,

i usually adjust mine after every 2 nationals. It wont hurt to adjust them more then once every 100 hours. It doesnt take that long, and it def. keeps the thing running good!

what does this mean when you are adjusting the valves


slight drag on the feeler gauge <----------what does that mean?

do i have to drain the oil when i adjust my valves?????
