We have 2005 DRX90 with ported cylinder, koso intake with boost bottle and 28mm koso carb. I can't seem to get the pilot jetting right. When idling for 5-10 seconds and you punch full throttle it dies. If you preload it just a touch of throttle and do it it doesn't die. It does not do this at half or three quarter throttle punches. I have tried 40, 38,35 and 32 pilots. No change. Any suggestions. Also we are runiing 132 main jet 130 slightly lean so we are there on the main. PLEASE HELP goin TT racing SAT!!!

Have you tried getting rid of the boost bottle and seeing what happens?

MY SONS DRX WAS DOING THE SAME THING AND IT TURNS OUT THE STOCK KILL SWITCH WAS NO GOOD, THE LIL BUTTON INSIDE FLUTTERS MAKING THE QUAD BOG WE DISCONNECTED IT AND IT RAN GREAT. IT WAS BOGGING ON BOTH ENDS SO WE ALL THOUGHT IT WAS JETTING OR CARB PROBLEMS. CHECK TO SEE IF THAT WORKS IF YOU HAVE THE STOCK KILL SWITCH HOPE THIS HELPS

I would think You are going the wrong way with the pilot, try going to a 45 reset the air screw and see what happens.
