R.brake ripping cover apart

my rear brake pedal is ripping into my clutch? cover.has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do to fix it?

also what size is the o-ring for the kickstart??

It sounds as if your brake lever is bent inwards? Like is it running the cover?

yes it ripped a bottom peice off.theres not alot of room to bend it out and i cant stick a washer or anything behind it to push it out because then the cottor pin wont go on
