Ok I Just Installed The Classic Dasa Exhaust On My 06 450r. Now Let Me Tell Ya Big Difference Over My HRC Head Pipe. Dasa Deffinatly Has My Vote. But My Question Is My Pipe Turned Kinda Blue About 4 Inches Right Out Of The Head And The Rest Is Gold Colored. Now I Know The Gold Color Is Good But Doesnt Blue Mean Your A Little Lean. So Is My Jetting Ok? The Quad Runs Great. My Jetting Right Now Is A 178 Main, 45 Pilot, 55 Leak, HRC Needle 3rd From Top And The A/F Screw Is 2 1/2 Out. My Mods Are Dasa Exhaust, Aluminum Airbox (No Lid), Pro Design w/K&N, AMR Monster Coil, And The Cam And All The Other Stuff With The HRC Kit. Oh And The Stupid Boysen Quickshot Cover.

i actually think you are really rich on your jetting. my ride with the hrc kit runs a bit rich with a full rossier and that is with a 162 main. i would actually jet down, go to like a 170 and see what that does.
