Problem: I mounted my rear tires on the rims but failed to think until I went to blow the tire up with air. The thing is I mounted them and the tires are "floating" on the center of the rim and I can't get air in them to blow them up. They are ITP t-9 rims with turf tamers and it is such a pain in my butt. If anyone has any help with this, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Ken

You will want to lubricate the bead on the tire and rim. I use tire lube, or you can use dish soap and water, etc. Then you need to put air in the tire and press the bead to the rim wherever it's leaking. This can be difficult and takes some patience. I've heard of people putting ratchet straps around the tire (on the tread) and tightening them to spread the bead area apart. Good luck :)

you can do as dustin mentioned and use the rachet strap. for best results its best to remove the valve from the stem when trying to inflate.
