300ex valves

i adjusted my valves on my 2000 300ex and its running good but i can hear some noise towards the front of the bike when sitting on it. its a clattering noise its not real loud but i can hear it. is this something i should be worried about?

i have a 300ex that is doing the same thing. i took off the head to see if anything was worn or out of place but can not figure it out wondering if the springs are worn out or what!:confused:
