Why wont it start

ok my banshe starts every time the first kick . but only the first time that day. when i wait about 2 - 3 hours it wont start again. it acts like its flooded. what and why is this happening. or is it usual.:ermm:

naw it starts first kick now. it ws just flooded that night. and i didnt now that my friend flooded it i was so pissed.
