if you go with +1 max ground clearance arms, and offset front wheels, its equivelant to having +2 arms with stock wheels?? i want to order arms, i want max ground clearance long travels, but I want the +2+1 front stance.. i currently run just burgard +2+1's and love the stability, but need to step things up a notch..
Houser and Ars-fx both make a +2 MGC front end. They aren't forward any, but everyone tends to agree that +1 forward on the 450r will make it push more in the turns. You will be happy with either setup.
If you go +1 width and offset wheels, you will be downgrading. The offset wheels won't handle as good as what you have now.
will it still push in the turns if you get an extended swingarm to go with them?

Theoretically and mathematically it should counter act the forward arms, but I still didn't like it. I couldn't get the setup to work good at all with +1 forward arms. I prefer the +0 forward arms.

I would also look into smc fabrication for high ground clearance arms. $600 brand new with lifetime warranty. They offer them in plus one, plus two and plus three sizes.
