i've adjusted the chain plenty of times with no problem. but this last time i backed the allens out and tried to turn the plate up to loosen the chain. and it wont budge. then i tried pulling down and still nothing. does anyone have expiernce with this. any advice will be helpful.
thank you jesse
Try taking the pinch bolts all the way out. Then remove the rubber gasket. Put a large screwdriver or a pry bar and pry on the swingarm spreading the gap. Then try moving it. Also spray some WD40 up in there to lube it. Good Luck.

I don't know if you realize it but the chain adjuster is the whole bearing carrier.
It is #1 in the pic.

FYI if you run the bolts up to tight on the skid plate , they run into the carrier & make it so it doesn't turn. Take your skid off & then try to turn it.
