Can someone please explain to me how the high and low speed adjustments on the compression and rebound work? I would think it would be, low for slower riding, and high for faster riding?

Im not sure?

Im trying to get my suspension tuned in on my YFZ, and not sure how I would go about working the two (high/low) adjustments?

Thanks.

No your high speed adj is for fast impacts like braking/chatter bumps holes g outs etc your low speed setup is for jump faces, roller bumps and landings etc the adjustments have nothing to do with speed it's the reaction of the shock to the terrain your riding hence high speed bumps and low speed bumps.
