In my opinion it's are very good exhaust. Adds some power and sound good to, but i run mine with silencer so not to piss off my neighbors.

I used to have a slip on on my 400, and it was ok. I now run a full HMF and love it, but if you do go with the FMF get the power bomb. Full pipe is the only way to go.

THis is my story:eek2: . used to have a fmf slip on andnow have a full hmf. IMO there are a lot better exhaust out there for example hmf. dont get me wronmg it gave power gains but nothing near my hmf.

Pretty much what it comes down to is what you can afford. I got my FMF exhaust for a better price then what other exhausts were going for, unless money isn't a issue. But in all reality a exhaust is a exhaust, most of them are going to give a power gain. To say one is better then the other or one gives more power - yes but not a noticable difference between one brand to another.

Plus in my opinion don't waste you money on new pipes if your motor is stock, the difference between a stock and aftermarket are small, you will get a power gain out of a new pipe but nothing that is worth the money for aftermarket.

Happy shopping.

One of the smoothest sounding pipes on the 400ex, IMO..
