Pro Taper Bar/Clamp problems

I bought a set of Pro Taper bars and clamps for my 450r the other day and have a question about mounting them. The clamps have bolts that go through the stem that are about 2 inches too long for a stock stem. I know they are made to go through an aftermarket stem that has the 2 big holes at the top for the rubber spacers to go through. Are there risers or spacers I can buy that will take up that slack?????????

yes u need over size bar mounts for them call motosport and tell them u need oversize bar mounts to fit factory stem.
turner makes one $35 or modquad has one for $55.

not a good pic but I had to get the oversize mounts to use the
1 1/8" bars on the stock stem too

I think I got mine off ebay for 20 bucks

edit: it will raise the bars 3/4" also
