well, while gettin ready to head out to e-town b-man decided to
ride his scooter (rzr) without his helmet on and fell and his friend
accidently hit him in the head. :eek2: a quick trip to the ER and some
stitches and he seems ok. could have been alot worse..

Jim glad Brandon is ok. I don't know how long you stayed today but the track got so sloppy with all the rain they never ran any of the 2nd motos. They used the 1st motos finishes.

My 14 y.o. nephew is recovering after crashing on his Ripstick with no helmet. He and his friends where racing down a hill and he caught a seam in the pavement. He had to be life-flighted to Children's Hospital. Had a fractured skull, brain bleed and shattered his elbow in 3 places. This happened a couple weeks ago and he's finally back home but needs a lot of rehab and has lost short term memory.

BOTTOM LINE: WHERE A HELMET. Elbows will heal (even with 3 titanium screws), but brains DON'T.

Glad to hear hes OK Get well soon!!! I had to teach my boy if it has wheels it also has a helmet .

Thanks for all the replies guy's.he is doing well and we are
looking forward to wildwood at the end of the month.We did go
to the race to support all the riders, and a special thanks to chris
ottman who drove us to our car in the golf cart while it was
down pouring. and a signed poster by dunk #19 made his day even
though he did'nt hit the track...:p
