TPI dial-a-jet, anyone use this?

I was flipping through my issue of Dirtwheels and noticed an ad for this thing and was wondering if anyone ever used it? I have some extra money on me and thought about ordering one but if they arent worth it then im not gonna waist my time. Here is the ad, any info will be greatly used!!!!

its mainly used in racing applications where alkee is the fuel

oh ok, well I definitely dont need that then. I thought i was a pretty neat idea they came up with.
