help!

Alright, I recently decided to buy a new quad next spring. Iv got more involved in jumping. In the past few months iv gained 20 lbs and im now 135. My 250 is bottoming out like crazy on some small jumps. I was washing it and noticed some rust by my lower right shock mount. The paint was flaking and kind of peeling. This means there is added stress there right?

Wont my a arm snap eventually snap or something like that? i really dont want to end up buying a new a arm . How could i repair it?
