make sure the head pipe goes between the frame

to take the headpipe off there should be 4 nuts that hold it onto the head. stock jetting is 148 main and 38 pilot

They are 4 studs that the header is connected to. I think they are 14mm but I'm not certain. Just loosen them and it will come off. Take it out from the clutch side.

Please don't tell me you have no idea how to take an exhaust pipe off. It is not very hard take the nuts off and angle it a little bit and just use common sense.

WOW! put the wrench down before you hurt yourself.

Loosen the clamp where the pipe and header are connected and pull it apart. Its probly gonna take some pretty solid pulling to get it apart.

Yea man it is not too hard it isn't like you are putting an engine back togather here you are just simply taking off a pipe.

put the wrench on the bolts... turn the wrench. theres not much else to say.. you should definitely buy a manual, or bring it to a shop if you're having troubles taking off the pipe.
