brake sticking

My foot brake is getting stuck when i push it down. Is there a way to lube it or clean the lever? When I push it down it doesnt come back up. Its a 400 ex. Thanks

Correct me if i am wrong, but i think there's a large spring that should bring the lever back up. Maybe that's broke.

I'd say pull the brake lever off (only held on with a pin) then clean it up real good and put some anti-seize on it and throw it back on and that should work, also make sure you have the spring on there.
