Slightly bent axle on 07 50 DRR .... already

I just noticed the stock axle has a bow/bend in it when I was doing some work while the quad was on a stand. Not very bad yet but I was suprised since he has not really ridden it hard yet. He is only 5, weighs 50 lbs and barely gets any air, none usually.

Is this common? This one is noticable on the stand, but riding it you can't really tell yet.

I have seen them bent right out of the crate, not bad but bent none the less.

The one in out back up bike is slightly bent, was right out of the crate but you can't tell when riding it so.............
