Well I got my hipers in today, but i'm already having problems. My hubs will not fit into the bolt pattern. It is so close, but I do not want to hammer my hubs on and damage them. Should I just drill the holes out a little, or has anyone else had this problem?

Hmmm i would contact hiper about that cause if you drill and they see that you did it might void the warranty, i think the hub is either wrong or misdrilled but i would talk to them first if it was me. I have never had any problems with mine at all.

When I got mine, they were VERY tight but they did fit. I think I even had to get them in place and smack them a couple of times each with my hand.

I can get the ends of the studs in the hub, but it is going to take a good smack to get the rest of the studs in. I don't want to strip out the threads. I am going to call hiper tomorrow.

I had the same problem, but with only my rears...what i did was spray wd-40 on the hub part, and used a rubber mallet and tapped LIGHTY** and it went it.....if that doesnt work for you, then i'd go ahead and contact hiper

did you post earlier about having your lugs get loose thus creating oval holes in your rims? If so, you might have bent your studs slightly such that the outside ends aren't quite where they should be.

See I thought the same exact thing too, but I pulled off my other hub that I haven't had problems with and it was the same result. I tried both hubs on both rims.

First measure your studs from center to center. If they are the proper dimension, then I'd give Hiper a quick call for reccomendation. I'm sure they see the issue fairly often.

You may jsut have opposite ends of tolarances causing a slight interference.

Mine fit on almost perfectly.
