Project Black Jetting????

Opened up the carb last night to see what was in there. (Remember that this quad was bought used with a 480kit already installed.)

I just had some DASA head porting done and figured I would bump the jetting up a bit or at least order some jets just incase.

How I bought it=
480cc
No lid/ Pro Design Intake/filter
12.5:1 CR
HRC Cam
Very Light Porting
Rossier full Exhaust

As it sits now=
480cc
No lid/ Pro Design Intake/filter
12.5:1 CR
HRC Cam
DASA Porting
DASA full Exhaust

I wasn't 100% what I was looking for last night , but it must not have had the HRC needle, because the Pilot was a 50 and the Main was only a 182.

Any suggestions or thoughts on this? Thanks

Since Dasa ported the head, they could probably give u a closer starting point then anyone else.

i have close to the same set up
dasa big bore cyl. 99mm
je 13.5 to 1
kibble white valves +1 intake standard ext.
web cam open air lid uni filter
hrc needle 3rd clip
colby from c@d sent me 185 main 52 pilot and it runs very good

yea i have noticed in my short time using this site to learn new info that alot of people are so quick to argue over no reason when what we really need to do is try to help each rider as a friend not to start a fight

ben, if you havent already called dasa, i would just buy a full jet kit, and put a new needle in there, on the 3rd notch, leave the 50 pilot in. and put a 195 in and work your way down, it is better to be rich then lean, so start rich and work down.
