DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

These guy's just basically make a stock 400ex tip with the spark arrestor cut out.

It doesn't add any power. If you look at a diagram of the inside of the pipe, it has internal walls. Because of the way the walls are set up, you aren't really making any power. Just making it louder because of the little echo chamber in the back end.

And personally, the sound is horrible. Kinda like a baby farting under water. It's all bubbley sounding. So not only are you louder, you sound like an idiot while people point and go "That thing sounds like a pos"

BTW: I had one of these, only I did it myself. All you have to do is cut the s/a out of the tip, and ta-da, you did it. I hated it so much i welded it back in.

Now all of this said, here's how you can get a little extra power from the stock exhaust..

1) Remove the exhaust tip.
2) Cut out the s/a, so it's basically a 2in hole
3) Look inside the pipe, you'll see a couple inches back there is a wall with the exhaust hole in it. Take a 1in drill, and make two holes towards the bottom right underneath the existing hole. You can also use smaller drill sizes if necessary.
4) Re-install tip.

There you go! You will notice a little improvment. It still won't be as good as a slip-on exhaust, but if you're tight on cash it's basically a free mod.
Note: It will still sound kinda like crap, but will add a little something. The way the chambers are designed, the two holes make it so that some exhaust can go straight back to the tip, bypassing the chambers.
