Just finished the rebuild on my 4-wheeler.
416 kit
hotcams stage 2
and a 165 main jet and 42 pilot
now it bogs a little. don't know why.

what throttle position is it bogging? Idle to 1/8 is the mixture screw. 1/8-1/4 is the pilot. 1/4-3/4 is the needle. 3/4-full is the main. You jetting sounds really close. I had a 160 main in my 416 though.

yea, where in the throttle is bogging??

low rpm's like when in a cruising 4th gear and get on it it kinda hesitates.

sounds like your a little rich. check your needle clip position
