My sons DRR50 will sometimes act like it is jumping a tooth on the inside tranny gears or something, I pulled it aprt and checked and everything looks great, no chipped or broken teeth on any of the sprockets, and ideas ?

Make sure the chain is not too loose. If it is not tight enough
It will jump a tooth when the suspension is compressed.
Something to check.

I will check that, for some reason it felt like it was inside, but I find nothing, I will check the adjustment of the chain. thanks again...

Its usually the chain jumping a tooth on the front sprocket, tighten it up and it should go away.

Just a thought. Could the drive gear on the sprocket shaft be slipping on the shaft? We weld ours up. I had one that got so loose i could spin it by hand. Talk about chasing your tail.
