Our DRR is running great!
We have a minor problem though, it fouls plugs after every race.
It is clearly running rich. (black plugs). I am running a 105 main jet, needle on 1 above the middle, and think a 45 or 48 pilot jet.
we are also running the high compression head. should i run a 100 main?

oh also the carb is a 24mm oko carb

what are you running for an air filter ? I would lower the clip one notch and see how it runs, you might need to adjust your air screw.

Never mind the dumb question about the air filter, I see you are running a Uni filter, I would go with the needle one setting lower....

Yes go up one more slot, while answering you response I just had a brainstorm on what I was doing wrong with tuning my sons quad, let me know if it works for you, it will give it more and and lean it out a little so it shouldn't foul out the plugs..

Never mind me- lowering the clip will raise the needle and in turn give it more air, so drop the clip to the middle position if it is now one position above the center position...Sorry for the misconfusion, its been a long day, time for bed I think....

The first thing you need to check for is your pilot jet. Warm your quad up and then set your airscrew to about 1 1/2 turns out. Turn your idle up about 500 RPM's or so.... Then you turn your airscrew in 1/4 turn at a time waiting about 10 seconds between each 1/4 turn. If the idle starts to go down then you know you are not too lean on the pilot. Then start turning it back out in the same increments. If it starts idling higher and higher with each turn find the first 1/4 increment that got you to the highest idle. If it is over 2 1/4 turn out then your pilot is too rich, and you need to drop it one size. This is something that can be done all the time to make sure your bottom end is always spot on. Once you get it dialed in then it is time to start with the others.

Rasing the needle clip leans the mixture

i would say your pilot jet size is too large take it to a 35 leave the needle for the moment and give it a whirl, do you sufer any low down problems in corners or alike??? slight bog maybe
