400ex brights don't work

04 400ex, starts great, runs great, low beams work, switch to high beams and they go out along with the taill light. Still runs in this position. Checked all wiring, fuse, light attachments, all good.
Could it be the bulbs?

if the tail light goes out also then you have a short some where probably in the switch itself my buddys did same thing he cleaned it real good and it worked try it
