I always run 100cc, not sure what that translates into ounces though.

Hey Joe,
Buy one of those ratio rite mixing cups. They have the right measurements on them and another thing to do is take out battery and drill a hole in the corner large enough to fit a tube through it to fill trans through top fill plug.. This way when you go to refill after draining its easier to fill. I use one of those tubes you can connect right on oil qt. bottles available at local wal marts or auto parts stores.

You can pick up a large syringe in the auto parts section at Walmart for a couple dollars.

Attach fuel line type hose to tip

Now you just full the syringe put hose into filler hole and press and your done

we just fill it till it to the top. In the need of speed and changing trannys between motos no time to measure. Their is no downside other than a little more oil consumption. Just my way;)

if you overfill it will leak out the overflow tube for a while like weeks lol until it levels out. my experience is this is a mess

You are right. Guess I forgot to mention we turn the overflow tube to the UP position to avoid this mess. Especially when left in a hot trailer this time of year.

I took a long peice of hose and ran it under the motor up to the front up buy the steering stem instead of making a mess it will acually suck back in to the tranny under power.
