The only thing I got was that Upperman,Lyons,Dunk and Miller transfered to the main thru LCQ. The other Polaris rider Stambach placed next to last and Kandel, H.Miller,Ragon,Tait and some others didnt make it. I will keep calling to get the 20 riders set for tomorrow.

I was out there, honestly I think I saw a couple A guys run just as good of lap times as the pros, but then again pros had a diff portion of the track to go through. I'm just so pissed my chain cut into my case at practice, I could barely afford to race the national, and now I have this problem to fix.

But yes, the sky is looking horrible as we speak, even though i'm an hour and a half away right now, when I left at 4, the sky was just as dark as here.

Friday though, the rain stayed away and it turned sunny out middle of the day and probably close to 70 degrees.

Today the rain stayed away and it did warm up quite a bit.

Ohh, but besides the weather, I never knew how hot Natalies wife is, and i'm surprised she can wear a chest protector

what classes are u lookin at 450 c and production A? check 450c vs 450a most are a second different, some are fasters and some are slower still compairable

JJs450r

here check it out 450c top 2 vs 450a top 6 very comparable

Warnerade

I saw a 6 second difference there...Look at matt shapaka's lap time for example,

1:44 in 450A, but also ran a 1:40 in his prod A moto...

the fastest time in prod C was 1:45, and in 450 C was 1:50, both times were set by the same person, nic moser...

this is an even round, the production motos were the first out there, so they get asmooth track, that explains why the production lap times are an average of 4-5 seconds faster, for everyone....450 motos are run at moto 20

I really dont see where the hell your getting that the C guys are running the same, if not faster than the A guys...unles your comparing 450A to prod C, then...maybe it might be comparible.

DEAL

they look within a few seconds of eachother either way.

im just sayin the top 2 c riders were seen as sand baggers in my eyes and many other eyes, even people i never met talked to before said the same thing you cant tell me there times arnt fast just look at the a class and there times not much difference

JJs450r
05-10-2008, 09:39 PM
and the 2 top c riders in 450 were in prod c if im not mistaken

welcome to the nationals. The guys that win any c class or b class belong in the next class.

the fastest C rider today at walnut, would have done decent in B class...

stop whining, your acting like its a pro am rider racing C class...

JJs450r
05-10-2008, 09:52 PM
haha dont see how im whinning i didnt even race im just saying it was full of sandbaggers and you called me out on it so i proved a point i didnt see any whinning involved were you offended by the term sand bagger is that what you are?

Warnerade
05-10-2008, 09:56 PM
you didnt prove anything lol...

the fastest riders in a class and c class were a good 6 seconds a lap difference...thats not exactly close. Yes, it should be a bigger gap, yes, its c class and yes they are sandbagging becuase they would do decent in B class.

I race a wherever i go...beleive me, I wish i could sand bag in that class...I would be there right now if it wasnt for a sprain wrist

JJs450r

see i think thats were i made my mistake i shoulda said c class was a sandbagging class sorry but its not 6 second they are both moto 2 runs the top 2 c riders could place top 7 in a but i see where there are 4th and 5th a riders running 49s that what your talkin about ?

the point i was trying to make was the 2 c riders could run a and place fairly well im i right? i mean why sandbag just to win what fun is that why not run a class with some competition isnt that what makes you a faster, better rider any ways?

yea those top two c riders are deff sandbaggers, a raced them at mill creek, they could probly qualify in a and do pretty good in b, but whatever, i think ill run b next time maybe i wont get landed on again:rolleyes:

somebody told me dont run c youll either get smoked or landed on.. he was right i got both!

I raced Yasmin in the 300 class a couple of years ago. He is a nice kid, and has a nice family. Not sure why they decided to run the C class, but obviously if he is doing well and having some competition he will not move up in the middle of a points series.

this is for birch and there was only one tripple

talked to my bud cole last night and he got 2nd in 450B in his qualifier right behind kyle bard and he got last gate pick, horrible start, and came from 15th to 2nd in 4 laps and was gaining 3 seconds on the last lap! Watch out for him today! He said it was already raining when i talked to him(at like 10:30) last night, and i hear ppl saying the race is cancelled for today? Also another good friend got 3rd in production A, jason mitchell, so hopefully he will do good today in his main if its not cancelled!

I'm totally on board with this statement...the point of racing is to compete...not even sure how you justify winning in the C class after you've been racing a few years...to bad the plaques are so generic you can't tell what class you raced (although I am guessing a National would at least print your class). A 1st place looks good on the wall which has to be half the reason for doing this.
