Hi,

Here's my fan installation I was talking about.

Took a simple 12V motor and installed a 6'' fan on it.

It moves a lot of air, but will it last?

I doubt it. :)

Yeah, well.. I was bored and it was raining outside. May be it will last quite a long time, who knows.

no offense but it seems the position of the fan is pointless and the fan seems like it wouldnt work well when actualy riding it while moving at a good pace.

I think it won't work too effectively without some type of shroud around it to concentrate/direct the air. Maybe even having it on the oil cooler instead of the motor would be more beneficial. I give you props for the effort though lol :D :macho

Thank you for the feedback, it still seems to ventilate a lot, better than nothing I guess!

I've riding it hard for a few days, still working. But, I would like to replace it by a SPAL fan, if 08400EX can anwser my PM. :)
