hey im pickin up a 87 trx250r and im setin it up to race the guy flat tracked it and didnt have the set up right at all so im lookin to get a JRD chassie... becuase they are the easyest from what i've heard to swap to a 4-stroke... im hope full tradeing some things to have a better front end...

but i would like to know how much a JRD chassie is... any one know a nice clean used one would be good post you pic's with the ones you have running with a JRD chassie... thanks

you're buying a 250r, then looking for a jrd chassis to then put a 4 stroke in it? why not just buy a hybrid from the get go? jrd stopped making their frames....i had one. don't think it would make a good tt quad. seemed to sit alittle higher than other frames like laeger. it seemed to 2 wheel alittle more in corners.

either way, why not buy a hybrid to start....or if you are solely flattracking, build a suzuki lt250/500 hybrid.

I have a frame/swingarm setup that i will sell. will be frame, stem, swingarm, rear shock

takes 250r, YZF or CRF motors. i have motor mounts for all 3, including and oil tank for yzf.s

I adjusted the ride height when i ran it flat track on the ice...worked great. Ran it with no sway bar too. Its amazing how much lower it can go with those shocks.

i for got to add im gonna be doin mx/and xc.... anybody know aa different chassie where i can just change motor mounts? thats why i want the JRD chassie....
