Riding Trip to Utah

My wife and I are going on vacation to Utah and we're taking the quads, so I was wondering where the best places to ride are. We're staying in a cabin somewhere near Moab. We'll probably do trails mostly, but it'd be sweet if there was an open track nearby that we could tear it up on one day. We'd rather not travel too far to ride unless it's really worth it; there's supposed to be trails right by the cabin. Also, do you need to register to ride in Utah, I'm registered in Iowa if that matters.

Thats some beautiful country over there. :)
We was over in the Moab area last Sept(we went to a race in Monticello)
Hopefully some Utah riders will chime in soon to give you some ideas.

Does anybody know about registration to ride in Utah? Correct me if I'm wrong, but double riding is allowed right?

Are there any tracks around the Moab area, and what are the best trails?
