front shocks

buddy of mine may be selling his elkas. they are currently on a 250R project bike. here is what he told me about the shocks.


they are triple rate piggyback standard travel set up for mx i believe but im not positive

he told me about $350 for them. good deal? could i have them revalved for XC?

It's a good deal but revalving and rebuilding them will be another 3-400 bucks so it's your choice.

wow, wasnt expecting a revalve to be that much. i dont think they need to be rebuilt, they look in good condition. unless you have to do the rebuild with a revalve.

i think they would work fine. even if they are valved for MX they should work.
