clutch nut removal??

need some help here, dont have a manual and I cant get the clutch basket nut to come off? wondering if it is reverse threads or standard??

Take a impact wrech and zing it off, just hold the clutch basket with your hand and it will work. The threads are just standard.

ok thanks. well thats what we've been doing, but the nut is on there really really tight. thats when we got to thinkin it might be reverse threads or something and we might actually be tightening it :o lol

try some pb blaster or heat it up.

PB Blaster is good but I wouldnt heat it up.
