The relocator is that it moves the mounting point of the shift shaft from the case to this bracket. Because of a weak case design if you slam the shifter down it could break the mount on the case. This is inside the engine.

THe Throttle Body nut is a little cover that goes over the hole from when you remove the cold start cable
