View Full Version : Two thumbs up for Powerbomb!

Installed a powerbomb header last week, the fit could not have been better, bolted right up, looks awesome. It mellowed out the sound a bit and gave me just as much or more of a power gain as my WB E2 slip on! I can feel it through the whole power band, much better throttle response and torque. Excellent product!

i didnt think the power bomb did that much

I have had them on my 400EX, Z400, and 450R. I will go MegaBomb next time!

Yeah, I pretty much only bought it to try to make the exhaust quieter, I wasn't really expecting any power gains, so that was a pleasant surprise! It mellowed it out some, not sure if its any quieter decible wise but just sounds better and is less obnoxious.

Yeah, I wanted to go megabomb but apparently FMF doesn't make them for the 400ex, just the 450r. But I am very happy with it.

great ive been looking at getting a powerbomb, how much did u pay for it ?

It was $205 plus $12 ship at monkeybuttparts.com. So I ordered it then they called me the next day and said the price went up to $230 but they would give it to me for $220, so ended up I paying $233 shipped.
