450r shocks or not?

I really like the stock suspension for all of the ruff bumpy trails I ride, but I like to hit alot of jumps(diversion ditches actually) out on logging trails and the stock shocks aren't quite able to take the landing(just the fronts). So what I am wondering, will the 450r shocks be too stiff & bumpy out on the rough trails? I only weigh a buck 50.

Save your money and get something else like a used set of PEP's or something that are already set up for your weight. You will end up wanting to get the 450 shocks rebuilt.

if you are comparing stock 400ex shocks to 450R stock shocks the 450R are alot better then the stock 400ex shocks. it all depends on how much money you want to spend. obviously getting shocks built for your weight and riding style is the best route. but for about 150 450r shocks are better.
