The dynojet website still says "coming soon", but they actually have 2008 DS450 maps already available for download. So maybe they just forgot to update the webpage to show it is available.

We just got ours a few days ago and they work great. I have been using them for years and would never use anything else to tune a FI bike or quad.

i have the rossier pipe and pink wire cut. is the dyno jet the best fuel controller to get and do u notice a big difference in performance using the controller over having the pink wire cut.

Yes I love my Power commander. I tried my exhaust with the pink wire cut, tried it with the motoworks FMI controller, and I have the power commander now and the power commander makes the most power. I dyno tuned mine and now it doesnt have any dead spots or anything.

All I have is a motoworks exhaust, power commander, and my air box lid off and I dynoed 3 less hp and .2 more ft lbs torque then a Suzuki ltr450 that have I have comp piston, Cams, Port & polished, Intake, powercommander, exhaust, and running race gas.

And the ltr only made power above 8 grand and dropped off quick. My ds made power the whole way and didnt drop off like the ltr.

I put it on a dyno and made my own map. Power commander only has one map out right now for the ds and thats the map for a stock setup. When mine was on the dyno it ran so lean so you really have to get a map made.

Do you have the dyno chart to post on here. If not how much HP/Tourque are you makeing with your set up.

thats not true theres one ou that made for a ds with hmf exhaust, no lid and k&n filter. it makes .2 more hp than the pink wire setup. look at hmf engineering.com and under the furoms there is all the dyno info.

So no matter what the mod or if you have the PC you always have to cut the pink wire right??

So if I went uncorked exhaust, lid off and pink wire mod It should be rich enough right?

When I got my power commander they didnt have any maps out besides the stock map. Mine is dyno tuned to be used with the pink wire connected. And mine runs great now. No dead spots at all or sputters.
